Quality Policy

It is the policy of ComAero Fasteners to purchase and re-distribute high quality fasteners, standard fasteners and associated products to the Aerospace and Commercial market sectors, servicing Original Equipment Manufacturers, Sub-contractors and the stockist and distributor networks operating throughout Europe.

Written management systems and operating procedures, complying with various National, International and customer requirements are in place which are subsequently maintained to ensure that the necessary controls are carried out to ensure continued accreditation. Additionally, independent audits carried out by external authorities/ customers are welcomed.

With over twenty years experience within the Fasteners distribution industry, the companies management systems and operating procedures are based upon the requirements of The Civil Aviation Authorities guidelines for Fastener Distribution (Civil Aviation Authority /CAA Group C2, A8 - 16,) and the guidelines of ISO9002 for fastener distribution with and without full lot traceability, subject to the nature of the products. Built into these management systems and operating procedures are requirements to meet the demands of the supply chain network to the British Aerospace Group.

The Companies written Quality Control Manual/Company Exposition is available on request as an "uncontrolled copy". The current issue status is 1.

ComAero Fasteners has built up a network of suppliers throughout the UK, Mainland Europe and the USA that consists of approved manufactures and stockists.

All goods supplied by ComAero are made under cover of The Companies Certificate of Conformity and detail the incoming release note, batch and GRN numbers. The Original Manufacturers Certificate of Conformity and/or intermediate stockist C of C will be supplied if requested, or otherwise retained on file for future inspection.

Furthermore, all goods supplied by ComAero are done so in accordance with the applicable SBAC, National or International specified approved part number and/or the Original Manufacturers propriety part numbers and are re-distributed as such with no alterations being made to any product.
